United Weavers of America, Inc stands by the quality rugs that they offer. Any rug that is received with a manufacturer’s defect will have a 100% replacement policy. Returns for any other reason are subject to a 30 day return policy. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for returns due to any reason other than manufacturer’s defect.
