This task chair has a quality design that is perfect for any office. It features a sculptured waterfall seat made from molded foam and commercial grade fabric. The task chair also features height and width adjustable arm rests and a height adjustable seat. This task chair comes in four different colors and has a weight capacity of 250lbs.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or find that it is defective or damaged, it may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date with proof of purchase.
After 30 days, Norstar will replace the defective or damaged parts based on the guidelines within the limited warranty
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) must be obtained must be obtained to process the return and is valid for 30 days from date issue (see below for more information on obtaining an RMA)
Merchandise returned free of defects or damages must be returned in its original packaging and in re saleable condition. Customer must return the merchandise freight prepaid to Norstar's designated location. Norstar will not refund to customer original shipping charges. In addition, Norstar can assess up to a 25% restocking fee against the Customer's account on all no-defective returns for refund/exchange.
Credit for full cost minus shipping and processing fees, where applicable, will be used to customers upon receipt of product. Credit for damaged merchandise will be issued to customers up resolution of the claim to the freight carrier on behalf of the customer.
Damages done when shipping 3rd party are not covered in this return policy. Customer will be responsible for any claims that need to be filled with the 3rd party carrier, both Trucking and Fed Ex/UPS

Prior return authorization is required by contacting the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return be refused and shipped back to you at your cost. Customer Service will provide a return address to send the merchandise. The RMA# must be noted on the shipping label.
NORSTAR OFFICE PRODUCTS SIX-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CHAIRS
NORSTAR Office Products wants you to be happy with their products. When used and maintained properly, they will provide you with years of satisfaction. NORSTAR chairs are warranted against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for six years from the ORIGINAL DATE OF RETAIL PURCHASE with the following exceptions: Upholstery materials, foam, gas cylinders, wood components, control mechanisms and electronic components. Upholstery materials and foam are warranted against unusual wear or deterioration and gas cylinders, wood components, and controls against structural failure or unusual wear for EIGHTEEN months. All electronic components for the massaging units have a 90-day warranty period.
The warranty obligation is limited to the replacement or repair, at NORSTAR OFFICE PRODUCTS’ option, of defective parts and components. The warranty of this product is null and void if the product is subject to negligence, abuse, misuse, modification, accident, or if the customer does not perform the necessary maintenance outline below. The warranty is only rated for the original purchaser of the product and will not be honored if the product is resold. All warranties are for normal usage defined as a forty-hour workweek by persons weighing two hundred fifty pounds or less. Exceptions are the model B205 that is limited to one hundred fifty pounds. The B990, B999 which are limited to three hundred fifty pounds and the B670 which is limited to three hundred pounds.
Should any component be found to be defective under normal single shift usage (eight hours a day), that component will be replaced free of charge. In order to get the replacement part, please contact the dealer from whom it was purchased for instruction on how to return the part for repair or replacement. Customers must be responsible for maintenance of this product including assembly, cleaning, and making sure all hardware is securely fastened.
This warranty applies only to the product; the manufacturer is not responsible in any way for loss, inconvenience or any other special or consequential damages caused by any product defect. This warranty is the only warranty applicable on all Norstar products. All other warranties, expressed or implied prior, are disclaimed.
