Disapointing Service , April 1, 2011
By peeved purchaser (New York, NY )

This product came to me with three of its legs broken in half. The process of replacing the item has taken almost 2 months now and I am still waiting. I have just moved into a small nyc apartment with my boyfriend and really needed something to store clothing in. Now, not only are our clothes forced to sit in heaps on the bedroom floor, but I also have the rest of this heavy, incomplete wardrobe sitting in our living room. My suggestion is that if you know you're shipping something really heavy - around 130 pounds to an apartment in nyc, it might be helpful to all involved if you split it up into two packages!
