This warranty is applicable solely between Southern Enterprises and you, the original purchaser.
The warranty guarantees that the product you have purchased and all of its components are void of defects in material or craftsmanship. “Defects” are defined as any imperfection which may impair the proper use of the product.
This warranty is applicable only under conditions of normal use. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper assembly or dis-assembly, defects occurring after purchase due to; product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence, cosmetic damage, labor or assembly costs. On damaged goods, Southern Enterprises will replace the item 100%. A 15% restocking fee applies.

Saw this exact bench for almost three times the price. Having never dealt with this company before I was a bit nervous, but check with BBB and they had a A+ rating. So I went for it and was so happy I did. The bench is not hard to put together I did it by myself. Easy if you lay the bench on it's back. Just separate the screws out and place them so that you don't mixs them up (like I did). So happy I saved so much.
