Product Description Comfort Adirondack Rocker by Old Adirondack This comfort rocker features a timeless design, superior quality, and amazing comfort. The contoured seat and wooden slat back and seat make this rocker comfortable and inviting. It is solidly constructed with Northern White Cedar to ensure quality and durability that will last for years. The simple, classic design will go with any décor. Put this rocker in your nursery, by the fire, on the porch or patio, or anywhere else outdoors. Features: Hand-crafted in the Adirondacks Mortise-and-tenon joinery Includes durable zinc coated and stainless steel hardware. Minor assembly required (10-15 minutes). Dimensions: 37" H x 20" W x 19" D About Old Adirondack and Cedar Northern white cedar is unique, because it is naturally resistant to wood rot and pests. It is extremely light weight, yet it can resist cracking, splintering, or swelling because it absorbs and loses moisture slowly. Cedar products can last 25-30 years unfinished. It will be shipped in its natural golden color. You can leave it like that, or stain it with a water based oil stain that will slow the weathering process. If you leave it as is, it will naturally weather to a silver gray. Protect and preserve your cedar furniture with the Staining Kit. Cedar has the US Forest Products Laboratory highest rating for decay and disease resistance. Fresh cedar odor is a mild insect repellent.
