Product Description
The high quality Norway Recliner is constructed of solid hardwoods with a contoured, memory foam cushion which ensures luxurious comfort. The bent arm frame of the piece is complimented by a pillowtop back rest along each side of the back cushion and an angled headrest. The Norway series is upholstered in the finest top grain leather, and is available in either a Dark Brown or Saddle leather on Walnut wood finish. This recliner features 360º swivel, a therapeutic contoured ottoman, and a single handle to recline the back for optimum relaxation. The Ottoman cushion even be removed and the piece can be used as a table or laptop stand.

No return of products will be accepted without prior authorization from MAC. A return request must be made no later than five (5) days from receipt of merchandise to receive full credit for the item (less shipping/freight charges and re-stocking fees, detailed below). No return of product will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RMA) number. (See "Obtaining an RMA" instructions below.) A restocking charge of 25% will be applied to all returned merchandise, if approved.
*Some products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products the actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.*
All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, packaging, and shipping configuration. Do not damage or discard any shipping materials, packaging materials or boxes until satisfied with the product. All returns without the original packaging or outside the five (5) day grace period may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or refusal.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges. Exception is defective or damaged parts only that have been approved by MAC customer service. MAC reserves the right to refuse all returned goods unless they are approved and the freight is prepaid by customer.
Obtaining an RMA
Prior return authorization is required by contacting the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return being refused and shipped back to you at your cost. Customer Service will provide a return address to send the merchandise. The RMA# must be noted on the shipping label.
Mac Motion Chairs (MAC) warranties 1 year for all normal use on parts and 1 year for all metal parts of the product to the original purchaser and will repair and/or replace part which fails due to the manufacturing defects and/or workmanship from date of original purchase. This warranty is limited only to repair and/or replacement at manufacturers option when product is used under normal conditions.
This warranty is in effect from the date of purchase by the original purchaser and does not apply to damage caused by fire, accident, negligence, misuse, improper cleaning or other circumstances not directly attributable to manufacturing defects. Dated proof of purchase is required.
Limitations:
Upholstery fabric on chairs is warranted for one year from date of purchase.
Damage caused by the carrier in-transit is handled under separate terms.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not apply and no other warranty applies to:
Normal wear and tear, which are to be expected over the course of ownership.
Modifications or attachments to the product that are not approved by MAC.
Products that were not installed, used or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings.
Products used for rental purposes.
Seating Usage:
Normal commercial use for seating is identified as the equivalent of a single shift, forty hour work week. To the extent that a seating product is used in a manner exceeding this, the applicable warranty period will be reduced in a pro-rata manner.
A word about color variations, fabrics and finishes:
MAC does not warrant the color-fastness or matching of colors, grains or textures of covering materials.
To the extent allowed by law, MAC makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mac Motion Chairs will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
To obtain service under this warranty:
By following the procedures outlined below, you can be assured of the best level of service. Please note: Consent of MAC must be obtained before any warranty work is performed. To obtain consent, please take the following steps:
Contact the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or by emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com within 30 days of discovery of the defect. Be prepared to affirm that you are the original purchaser of the product and to provide the item number(s) from the product in question. You will need to provide at least two (2) pictures showing the defect.
The iFurn Stores Customer Service department will gather all pertinent information regarding the claim and contact a Mac Motion Chairs customer service representative. MAC will review the claim and inspect the pictures. (Please allow a reasonable amount of time for inspection and review.)
If MAC affirms that the product in question is eligible under the conditions of the warranty as stated above, the customer service representative or another representative of the company will determine whether to provide replacement parts, authorize repairs or replace the product.
Freight Charges:
MAC will pay freight charges on replacement parts if approved. Freight charges for the return or replacement of a complete chair is the responsibility of the customer.
