It is sturdily built of select hardwood solids and quality maple veneers, with a Golden Maple finish that is simple to match with existing décor. This finish, plus the Shaker style slatted headboards and footboards, make this bunk bed appealing to both boys and girls, in a wide age range.
This bunk bed meets all federal safety guidelines. Features include extra-sturdy construction, double-bolted bed rails, and guard rails that are double-bolted to the bed ends. Heavy duty dowel connectors between the bunks help promote stability.
Four options are available for this wood bunk bed! The standard bed is twin-over-twin size, with a full extension available for the bottom bunk (extra cost). Both the twin-over-twin and twin-over-full bunk beds are available with an under-bed storage unit (extra cost)! The storage unit runs the length of the bed, and contains four drawers and an open cubby with adjustable shelf. This under-bed storage unit is an excellent place for linens, clothing, toys and more!
