Its substantial form is crowned with a classic double bonnet top, framed by finials. This secretary desk is crafted from an exquisite combination of mahogany, walnut and oak, with skilled veneer work in rosewood and mahogany swirl.
The secretary desk hutch has two locking glass doors, beautifully enhanced with looping wood grills and central medallions. Behind the doors are two adjustable wooden shelves for display of books and decorative items.
Behind the secretary desk drop lid is a wealth of organized storage, with pigeonholes, two secret compartments and six small drawers for writing utensils and stamps. The drop lid itself features pull-out supports and a tooled leather insert-- a classic antique style touch. The base of the secretary desk contains five drawers for general storage.
