With this computer secretary desk, there is no need to sacrifice classic looks for modern function. It adds a stately presence to any room, while keeping high-tech computer equipment and media hidden inside. This is a truly stunning and heirloom-worthy piece, from the finely detailed dentil moulding along the cornice to the use of rare crotch mahogany veneer on the drop front lid, drawer and door fronts.
The secretary desk hutch features patterned glass doors, with interior lighting and two adjustable glass shelves inside. Behind the drop front lid below are pigeonholes and two small drawers for storage. A monitor space accommodates most standard 17″ flat screen monitors.
Inside the lower cabinet of the computer secretary desk are a convenient pull-out printer tray and a CPU compartment with ventilation cut-out. Wire management and a surge protector also add to the functionality of the secretary computer desk.
Note: Crotch mahogany veneers are cut from the area where the limbs and tree trunk intersect, resulting in a rare, one-of-a-kind woodgrain design on each piece.
