Mission Collection Blanket Chest by Tradewins Furniture

Designed in the turn-of-the-century American Mission style, this blanket chest makes a timeless and versatile addition to any room. Though part of the Tradewins Mission Bedroom Collection, it would work equally well for a den or living room. Clean, straight lines and understated forms are found throughout, in keeping with its Mission-inspired heritage. Molding detail runs along the back top, emphasizing the clean design. This blanket chest is crafted of Virginia White Oak, finished in an inviting warm brown. The oak is quarter-sawn, a technique resulting in the tight graining characteristic found in original Mission pieces.

This Mission blanket chest has a lower height, enabling it to be used as a bed bench as well as a storage chest. The two deep cedar drawers have brushed, burnished antiqued bronze hardware to add to the chest's authentic Mission look.
