Obtaining an RMA
Prior return authorization is required by contacting the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return be refused and shipped back to you at your cost. Customer Service will provide a return address to send the merchandise. The RMA# must be noted on the shipping label.

If after inspection, Atlantic finds that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, Atlantic shall repair or replace the product at their discretion.
