Obtaining an RMA
Prior return authorization is required by contacting the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return be refused and shipped back to you at your cost. Customer Service will provide a return address to send the merchandise. The RMA# must be noted on the shipping label.
Atlantic, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one year after purchase. If after inspection, Atlantic finds that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, Atlantic shall repair or replace the product at their discretion.
