Atlantic Inc.offers returns on products within 30 days for buyer's remorse. The customer is responsible for a 25% restocking fee and freight on all returns. A return authorization number is required for all returns.
Obtaining an RMA
Prior return authorization is required by contacting the iFurn Stores Customer Service department at (877) 683-9393 (Toll-Free), or emailing CustomerSupport@iFurn.com. Failure to obtain return authorization will result in your return be refused and shipped back to you at your cost. Customer Service will provide a return address to send the merchandise. The RMA# must be noted on the shipping label.
Atlantic, Inc., warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defect in materials or workmanship for a period of one year after purchase. If after inspection, Atlantic finds that the product was defective in materials or workmanship, Atlantic shall repair or replace the product at their discretion. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration and excludes claims for incidental or consequential loss.
