Very pleased with product and delivery, August 7, 2009

When we ordered the bed frame in mid July, we were told that the product was on back order and would not expect delivery until mid to late September. We decided to accept that date but much to our surprise, we got a call from the courier on Aug 3rd saying they wanted to deliver it the next day. So as it turned out, it was about 3 weeks.
All three cartons arrived with any marks or indication of damage and after our thorough inspection, we found no damage and every piece was accounted including directions and inventory list.
The product was much heavier in terms of construction and over all weight than we had anticipated. It was even better looking than we had anticipated once we completed the assembly.
It does require 2 people to assemble since it is a hefty piece or furniture but was well worth the effort.
